A ‘Monument’ to JumpButton

As mentioned previously, JumpButton is currently part of an exhibition to independent magazine publishing in Melbourne.
The brainchild and impetus of architectural and design ‘bible’, Monument magazine, the exhibition is being held at ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image), Federation Square, Melbourne.
The exhibition ends this Sunday (July 16 2006). And if you happen to be there Saturday, look out for me. (I’ll be the proud-as-punch editor looking extremely jet-lagged from having just returned from a whirlwind trip to San Francisco.)
Full kudos to Monument and ACMI for creating this kind of event. Even moreso to the person/fan who (so I’m told by Monument’s editor, Ray Edgar) stole one of the JumpButton spreads from the exhibition.

Well deserved recognition (and I didn’t steal the spread…!).

Loving the new layout and the chance to read responses.

Also, for anyone reading this post, it is well worth getting along to ACMI for the 50 years of TV exhibition. Try and imagine what the 50 (or 100) years of gaming exhibition will look like.

Hey Brett,

Thanks! Actually the comments are hidden a little with the current design, for a particular reason, so not many people may see this. But agreed, the TV exhibition at ACMI is worth the trip. If only to see Perfect Match’s very imperfect looking Dexter up close!

:)
